Drafts are written elsewhere. A kite skill posts them in; this page reads, edits, and captures the link. Publishing itself is manual — copy the text, post it, paste the URL back. A channel is only closed when it has a public URL or a written reason for being skipped; everything else counts as unfinished. Both of you can publish, so there is no approval gate: each row records who drafted it, who edited it and who published it, and flags anything that went out with nobody having read it first.
